I have 52 affirmations and will put one out there every week for us to consider or choose one of your own. I will also include a habit we might want to consider adopting OR we can choose one of our own that we want to work on. Basically this is a spot to talk if anyone wants to or just to see what might be an idea to use during the week. Week 6 of 2021
AFFIRMATION: Today I choose healing and nourishing my body.
HABIT: Brush your hair before you go to bed. You get a small head massage and your hair will be smooth, itβs very relaxing.

I do make choices daily that take my health and wellness into consideration...will be walking 20 minutes...soon...and then 20 minutes more in a bit.
As for brushing my hair before bed...I might comb it BUT need more hair to really enjoy brushing it...

Cathy Odd that you posted brush your hair before bedtime. I started doing that a few weeks ago. I flip it over and brush from the bottom then flip it back over and brush it again. It makes it feel so good and thick.

borntexan, My hair is so short that I don't know whether or not brushing would make a difference. I might look to see if I have a bristle brush and give it a try...maybe it will grow faster if I do
