Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February. Good morning! Woohoo, it's Friday and today's challenge is self-appreciation! Today take a moment (or two or three) to yourself you are beautiful just the way you are and that you love you.
Daily Challenges: Mon- 3x30 seconds planks Tues- work those arms Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches Thur- work those arms Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose! Sun- work those arms EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

Good morning! SO glad it's the weekend! The superbowl is Sunday night so we'll have a party sort of. I will try to stay awake for most of it, lol. I really could care less about watching the bowl but Susan is into and even had requests for me (homemade brownies).
So I've been practicing "self love" all week and I have to say it's been easier to follow an exercise and healthy diet plan. I just don't think about it, I tell myself throughout the day that I love me and that I am beautiful :-D

SCOTT AND I ARE GETTING BONEOUTS CHICKEN WINGS WITHOUT THE BONE TO EAT. HE IS GETTING 3 PACKEGES 8 IN EACH BOX HOT I WONT HAVE TO SPEAK TO MARTINAW AGAWIN. I AM CHNING TEAMS ANDE HANNAH WILL CALL NEXT WEK WITN THE 2 NEW TEAM NAMES. MY PERSON AT GATEWAY IS GOING DURING COVID TO BRING A BOX EACH TIMES SHE COMES. IT IS FROM A BETTER PANTRY THAN HERE. I V\ CN GET IT EVERY WEEK. NACY IS A GOOD CASE MANAAGER AT GATEWAY.

Amy, sounds yummy!
I did my 30 minute youtube step class. I can't believe how much I struggle! How the mighty fall! But I got through plus some planks, dips, pushups and stretching. Still should do at least a mile walk!
