susan092907, The stew sounds interesting. The pasta dish had a great sauce, it wasn't tomato based or an Alfredo sauce. We don't know enough about food to figure out what type of sauce it was. The dish also had chicken and broccoli in it.

bbbearsmom, Judy thanks for sharing the pasta - it sounds just like the kind of pasta dish I'd really like too. Maintenance Points - I haven't counted points at all in a very very long time. I guess when I was on maintenance on Points Plus I did use maintenance points. But once Smart Points started I could never figure out what points allowance worked. That's when I switched to calories. It took me a long time to figure out what calorie range I could use to maintain.

susan092907, I counted calories when they started with Free Style because I couldn't handle not counting so much of my food.
