hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February. Daily Challenges: Mon- 3x30 seconds planks Tues- work those arms Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches Thur- work those arms Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose! Sun- work those arms EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

GOOD MORNING . I start over today. I am going to eat high fiber oatmeal 8 envelopes and 3 cups grapes 1500 calories.

Good Morning Everyone
I feel so motivated today. I threw out the last 2 cans of beer so now I have no beer in the house! I am making plans to visit my sisters in April so that will keep me on track! Also we have reservations to go to the American side of Niagara Falls in late May. I do not want to feel tired and worn out like I kind of felt 3 years ago when we went up

Thats great Mo. I am going to eat 6 envelopes of Quaker high fiber and 6 cups of grapes a day about 1500 calories on lose itand 31 points on WW green.

I believe I have lost muscle I weigh less by I am fatter the 1x pantry are tight.
