Good Morning!! Love, light, blessings, and good health. Saturday. 2.13.2021.
Hi Nat!
Sally great vaccine news. I am not jealous of people that get vaccines but happy for them and for me because each vaccinated person increases the herd immunity.
Jan the granola was left untouched. I haven't seen squirrels.(I hope they didn't find a way into my attic). I guess robins don't like granola. There is so much conflict due to people just being so done with current events. I am trying to avoid it but it is hard. My MF's neighbor yesterday did not want me to park in front of her house because it was irritating to her to see my car out her window. She threatened to have MF's work van towed. The only reason we are parking there is because of his big tree being down and there is literally no where else to park. I guess the only way out is through.
Carol this is the craziest weather I have EVER seen in Texas. And there is supposed to be another week of it. It looks like I am going to lose my two live oaks which are huge gorgeous trees.
Yes I did: technically stay OP but I did have one flour tortilla. I am getting in what exercise points I can. It looks like no thawing for a week so need to trim some branches off a tree in an effort to save it. I called a tree guy but he is pretty busy and will get out when he can . . . at least we got most the branches off the neighbor's roof which was what I was most concerned about.
I also got in home workout, yard (branch trimming) workout, and gym workout (biceps/elliptical/rowing machine).
Yes I can: eat as clean as I can while being gentle with myself. Remember overeating is a permanent solution to a temporary situation. Count my blessings. Home workout. Gym workout if open. Walk indoor track if open. Tree trimming. Try to save second live oak at the warmest part if the day. It is 27 degrees now with a winter storm warning. Us Texans are not set up for this kind of weather. In fact, this kind of weather is why I left home at age 17!
I am making pulled pork and probably a loaf of home made bread for BF for Valentine's Day.
Okay, big girl pants, get dressed, check email. Deal with pulled pork. A nice man at the supermarket picked out a pork shoulder and told me how to prepare it. I do not eat pork.
Love, light, blessings, and good health, janet
