My goals are to go to a WW virtual meeting, to keep tracking, weigh and measure, keep the right food in the house, and to keep up with my support network. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, and reading time.

Goals: stick with the blue plan for a month and see where I am at that point in time...then reassess. So far so good. Also the hydration thing AND want to make exercise more regular.

Work on puzzle we've been working on since last year. Sounds like my "Mystery Puzzle Box". I have hit a plateau with assembly.

lani, I just stumbled across this book, some criticisms about the complexity of ingredients for some recipes, but also a lot of fans: Fiber Fueled: The Plant-Based Gut Health Program for Losing Weight, Restoring Your Health, and Optimizing Your Microbiome by Will Bulsiewicz MD

lizlor, thanks for the tip. I've been working on what I can tolerate for 24 years and have a good idea of what I can and can't consume. I will say for anyone else dealing with digestive woes, no two guts are the same. There is plenty of good information out there, but in the end it's trial and error for each person. The quickest way (but a pain in the butt) is to do a ruthless elimination diet and then start adding stuff back in, little by little. Also, sometimes (or even often) if you eliminate a troublesome food for a time, the digestion will sort of reset and eventually you can have that item again. Sometimes I feel like I'm having seances with my gut, or asking the Magic 8 Ball what's OK at this particular moment in time.
