Once you choose hope, anything is possible.
Since this is the last day of our "7 in 7" week & we have talked a lot about menus this period, I thought I would just share my menu for yesterday 2/9. Hope you will join me in posting yours.
B. Corn flakes, almond milk, banana, few peach slices, coffee
L. Bowl of chili, made with 93/7 beef, a few oyster crackers, flavored water.
S. 2 tangerines
D. Baked sweet potato, pat lt butter, 3 air fried chicken strips, green salad w/ ff dressing, flavored water.
Then comes the battle to stay out of the kitchen the rest of the night! Maybe a small glass of skim milk.
As you can see, my menu leaves a lot to be desired.
FUN: If nothing had calories, what would you have for dinner tomorrow night?
Pam, if you don't feel like posting for the next week, just let us know.

Menu yesterday - under points on WW Blue
Breakfast: toast topped with a fried egg and cooked tomato to eat with it + a latte made with nonfat milk, sweetener and instant coffee
Lunch: boiled beet greens with lemon juice, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil, bulgur mixed with a chili type dish made with fava and garbanzo beans and leftover vegetables with a banana for dessert
Dinner: bulgur topped with roasted broccoli and cauliflower drizzled with taratour (tahini, garlic, lemon) with some radishes
Snack: apple cut in half and cored then filled with peanut butter
If I could have a meal without calories AND it was available here I would probably opt for a Mexican plate with beans, rice and cheese enchiladas if it was what is available here then probably I would opt for pizza

Has anyone heard from Jan? I haven't seen her on here in a while. Hope all is well.
I there were no calories, I would probably have pizza, too. Maybe a nice plate of SIL's pasta w/meatballs & sauce. I would have hot fudge cake for desert! Yum!

Hi all. Beverly, thanks for worrying about me. My work schedule doesn't seem to leave much computer time. Seems like I sleep, get ready for work, work, get home and go to bed.
My menu yesterday was
B/L an egg, an apple, a couple of bits of leftover spaghetti (that I couldn't leave in any longer) and a slice of toast.
L/D a chili dog that I took to work with me, some sun chips, 2 mandarins. Iced tea or is it ice tea ? Either way, cold tea.
Looking back at that I can see that yesterday I certainly didn't have very much fruit or veggies. Will work on doing better today.
I will join you all at the pizza parlor. Our store has a pizza department with a wood fired oven. They make some really good pizzas.
