Exercise this week: * Rode bike ten minutes, three times this week. Just starting exercise again as I have ear with impacted wax and fluid on ears, going to ENT doctor to have wax removed. * Cleaned one day for hour and a half. * Trying to get up and move more, something we've been working on in WW workshops. * Went to doctors today, had to walk a distance.

3 spin, 3 strength, core and stretching. 1 short walk. mac , glad you can get to the ENT.

I have done a few days of walking and have walked 20 minutes today. Some days I seem to be in the kitchen standing, cooking, cleaning, etc more than others.

Yesterday my doctor recommended to start an exercise program, exercise 1 minute, 10 times a day. I'm going to use this by everytime I go into the kitchen I walk for a minute or jump on air dyne for a minute. Maybe it will help with not sleeping at night to be tired when I go to bed as well.

Only body weight strength & flexibility exercises every day. Felt a little off after vax. I did vacuum Saturday and Sunday, it's fairly vigorous.

lani, The only way my husband knows how to vacuum is vigorously. He really gets a workout when he does it.
