Giving up foods and working them back in - My eating during losing was pretty much the same as now during maintenance. In fact in many ways I feel that I'm in perpetual losing mode - that's how maintenance often feels to me.
Breakfast - it's variable though usually very low or no sugar high fiber dry cereal with milk, or oatmeal, or peanut butter on toast or melted cheese on toast. I've been doing intermittent fasting some days so no breakfast on those days.

Did you keep any of your old, larger clothes, or did you get rid of them?

While losing weight I kept clothes two size larger while I lost weight, now I might have some pants that are one size larger. Regretted not keeping a pair of pants from when I was at my largest. Would have been a good visual reminder of how far I've come.

Exercise - Weights training 1 day
ETA: today Sun 1/21 I was reviewing my exercise journal and discovered that I also did a treadmill workout one day. I had forgotten all about that.
