I fibbed the new low YESTERDAY was on the 15th but with so many BLURSDAYS one seems like the other.
today the scale hit another new low of <170.4>

-10/28 Weeklies 12/23 dailies (so have not used those dailies and wonder if they can go toward the weeklies or how that works. No walking yesterday or the day before but will be walking for 20 minutes in just a few minutes and perhaps doing 20 minutes two or three times this morning.

You can only rollover up to 4 points a day on blue so I would try to eat at least 19 points a day.

2/17: 26 green points. It just seemed easier since I don’t have the normal food but depending on kind donations from neighbors.
Today I may do calorie command on ITB to make it easier.
