Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February. Good morning! It's Wednesday and today's challenge is 3 sets of 30 seconds of crunches! Yeah, abs of steel baby! Or less jelly, lol.
Daily Challenges: Mon- 3x30 seconds planks Tues- work those arms Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches Thur- work those arms Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose! Sun- work those arms EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

Good morning! Is it summer yet? At least it's bright and sunny out! If I ignore it, will the snow just go away, lol?
Mo, yeah the weather is particularly yucky this week! Sorry it's interferring with your anniversary plans! But Happy Anniversary to you and Jim!!

It was sunny today and I actually opened the window. it will warm up next week to 30s from minus numbers. I go for first vaccine February 23. in a taxi. I have to b e in a car. I am going to my doctor for her to call the agency that helps me with my 7 days a week I see my doctor a day later . I am getting out of the insurance I have that denied meals on wheels If get out of that I can get it. if she can speak to RAH the agency then together they call the new person thqwt I consult with to find a plan that fund RAH. then I can get meals on wheels vegetarian too.
