Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? Good Morning everyone!
Jim and I have been married 44 years. It seems hard to fathom that many years sometimes.
We got married in Fayetteville, NC (Fort Bragg) in 1977 at the law enforcement building. We would have been married a day earlier but when we went to the Justice of the Peace there, they said we had to get our own witnesses. I just figured they would yank a few people in from the offices there like they do in the movies lol Anyway, the couple that I was staying with for a few weeks before we got married, Judy and Craig , stood up for us.
We wanted to take a trip but the weather is not cooperating so hopefully next month for Jim's birthday.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Mo, happy anniversary!! How did you and Jim meet?
Amy, congrats on the weight loss, you'll be in Onderland in no time! That stinks about MoW, I'm surprised anyone would deny that. Good luck getting your first dose of the vaccine!
I had a good day yesterday and Wednesday both exercise and foodwise. I hope to keep the streak going but weekends are a challenge for me.

Hi Brenda! No, we aren't getting a lot of snow, enough to shovel on Tuesday but only one time. We were expecting a lot more. It's just cold but at least it's been sunny several hours most days of the week. Have sunshine makes such a difference! Overall it's been a pretty mild winter for us.
Brenda, I'm trying to move more to! I didn't realize how much I rely on the gym! But until the new case rate drops a lot more or I get the covid19 vaccine, I won't be going (but I reeeeeally want to!).
Is it summer yet?
Well, doing good today -walked two miles on the TM plus did a 30 minute step class. My knee is bothering me alot, probably thanks to the 25+ pounds I gained in the past year.
