bbbearsmomWay to go on the exercise! Exercise this week: * I rode my air dyne bike 60 minutes in five days this week. My goal is five days, 20 minutes a day for 140 minutes a week. * Cleaned my house for 90 minutes. * Took one day off, usually shop but DD did it for me because of cold weather and snow.

Will get 3 rides in, a little stretching and maybe a swim. Looking toward to getting back on schedule. Rough week.

Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Lift weights and ab work - Thursday and Saturday Cardio - Tuesday Vacuuming - Sunday Grocery shopping (I'm going to start including it. It's about the only walking I do. I also park far away and bring the cart back to the disinfecting area.) - Wednesday
