Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February. Daily Challenges: Mon- 3x30 seconds planks Tues- work those arms Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches Thur- work those arms Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose! Sun- work those arms EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

GOOD MORNING. Yesterday Scott ordered wings and Cinnabons. I ate and he divided the Cinnabon box. We each had 3 wings. Then we had a bowl of Scott's ice cream. I am at 204 today. I ai so far did one segment on treadmill. I am doing segments of .400 of a mile. 5 segments will give me 2 miles. I start over today. I am eating 7 packets of high fiber cereal . 1050 calories and 6 packs of crystal lite 60 and 3 cups of grapes 325 and I do 4 tums a day which is about 40 for calcium. 38 points. Scottt helped me organize yesterday We made files for doctors letters fWe filed some social security letters. The new agency for my Medicaid called me. I told her I would like her to pay for the agency that helps me in my home 11 hours a week 7 days a week. I told her the price per hour for her agency lower than the last one. I gave her the phone number of the agency that helps in my home. Apprents she uses that agency too. I can get meals on wheels if she is willing to fund it. She said they would have to do an amendment to budget that. A consultant may stop by for me to sign papers. I go to my doctor Wednesday so she can write a letter to the insurance agency for me. She is also willing to pay for meds that are not covered. it hopefully will start in march. I would use the last insurance company for medication for 1 month then until the new Part D starts. I will call the aging and disability center Monday to get an new Part D person.

Instead I will eat 3 oatmeal acts and 16 ounce broccoli and 2 cups of chick peas and 6 packet s of crystal lite. I am going to make the dish now 30 minutes.

I am not going to get meals on wheels I have 31 points now making broccoli and chickpeas and seasoned it with turmeric minced garlic and minced onion. 2 packets of oatmeal and grapes if I have enough money to buy Monday.

I double counted something I have 29 points with what I am eating. I did 36 minutes in all definitely 1 mile I think. I will do 1.6 mph tomorrow.
