I can do!
For the first time since October 9th, I am in real people drawers instead of Depends. I shall see how that works.
Still praying for ALL!

Read all the posts from Saturday. Bear with me if I overlook something or someone.
Ann LOL. Somehow I knew the birthday would chose macroni n' cheese. π
Audrey Hope that the dinner tonight cheers Rob a little. Sending prayers and positive energy for Rob. Everyone who I personally know in the acacdemic world is burnt out.
Bee Hope you had a pleasant Saturday.
Becky I can understand K feeling it all right now. Happy that there was food, water, and meat in the store. It is good to hear that your fridge is full. Better to hear that you have a little coffee. A hot drink, food, and some warmth do a lot to make a cold day bearable. Happy that your home is warmer even if you had to tap into your propane.
LaDonna Love the tag team cleaning. Teamwork can be dreamwork. Glad that Lucy is a better housemate. Better you do what you need to do to protect her. Some dogs are just runners.
Goodness the oven roasted turkey was a-mazing. It was a good-sized breast, 6 lbs., so plenty of leftovers. Yummmmmmm
Susi Good to hear that Blondie was present for breakfast. You know that their lives are better than they woulfpd be otherwise. Enjoy your evening with Carol.

Good luck with the drawers Bee.
June so did I. It was good but 2 back to back 'days off' will have me pressing reset and enjoying it.
Sweet dreams and prayers for all.

I will walk before breakfast and continue my yard work later in the morning. Our next chance of rain is Friday. I need to catch up on reading and paperwork. Robβs family is coming for dinner tonight. Bob is grilling shrimp I am making Indian white rice, broccoli and salad. I bought chocolate chunk cookies at Costco to serve with mint chip ice cream for dessert. Dinner last night at Trelio was wonderful and we were indoors so no robbery suspect and police like last time.
Bee, you are making great progress. How do you feel?

Sunday will be another day of KOKO plan wise and walking. Most likely will attend church. It is very nippy out..just took Ms. Lucy out for her potty run before bedtime.
Bee, some people call them drawers here, too. hope all goes well and the extra iron is boosting your energy level.
June, how nice to have the leftover turkey. glad it turned out great..I can just taste it! What did you have with it?
Ann, I understand happily resetting after being off plan. It really does feel good!
Becky, It will feel so good to have that hot shower! So much to have to deal with but a full refrigerator sounds wonderful. I sure hope there are no more snow/ice storms predicted for your area.
Audrey, enjoy family time and glad u enjoyed the meal out SAt. night

I will: track, move, hydrate, remain positive.
Having plenty of produce in the house is wonderful! I have a bag of cooked red beans defrosting (if it can in our cold house) to fix for lunch and may have them on bulgur as a Mexican bowl or perhaps with the leftover broccoli & Cauliflower with a drizzle of tahini dressing - either will be a tasty lunch option.
ANN: 7 inches of snow is quite a bit - at least it seems like a lot to me How do you make your mac & cheese? Do you make it from scratch using gourmet cheeses or???
JUNE: The Mexican wedding dress was not what I wore to wed but just an ethnic dress I picked up and wore in college and afterward. It was pretty and comfortable and fun to wear. My actual wedding dress was that stretchy quiana kind of jersey synthetic fabric that shaped to the body. It was white, long-sleeved, empire waist, flowed down to the ground and had a lace inset on the top.
LADONNA: I hope Laken enjoys her time with the cousins. Did you get a good workout walking and picking up trash in the neighborhood? I had a veggie burger last night...burgers are tasty! Does Lucy have a run along with the house/kennel?
BECKY: So glad you made it to the store and have food to eat. I bet that salad was delicious! 64 inside sounds heavenly to me! It was fifty inside this morning and under forty outside. I hope your electricity holds...know that 64 was NOT the high during the power cuts and am glad you managed to stay warm enough! Did all the cattle come through okay?
SUSI: Glad Blondie showed up with the ferals and seemed okay. I bet you are looking forward to winter being over and it being deck time again. We don't have a lot of options for bread/wraps. The smaller pita here is about 60 grams so 5 points but doable for some meals if I want a sandwich. Local bread is cheaper than the loaf breads though since it is subsidized. No idea what will happen when subsidies disappear.
AUDREY: You sound busy. So nice you can spend time with various family members and share food together with them! I hope the new plan for the pharmacy helps.
BEE: It sounds like you are improving every day - hooray! I wonder if undies are called drawers because one "draws them up or down"?

Good morning all. Slept well and grateful. Also grateful for no wind snow and plenty of sunshine even though the temperature is in the single digits! Cathy what a beautiful wedding picture. You two make such a great couple. Your dress is absolutely beautiful. Your goals and meals sound delicious. LaDonna enjoy your KOKO day. Hopefully your weather (and ours) will warm up! Happy you enjoyed your meal out, Audrey with no drama. Becky I'm right along with you...I also can do Waving and will CBL

LOL. . .the joke is on me. Using "Underloons" is not much of an inside joke, if everyone forgot that Bee once used that word. No problem. . . It made me smile and I could use one.
Ann I know that you have that reset button locked in. Is it vegetable soup kind of day? LOL. . . maybe it is for me. I bought a medium head of cabbage that was supposed to become cabbage rolls. Now that will change.
Audrey Enjoy your family dinner tonight. Hope that the family time gives Rob a lift. It is an extraordinarily stressful time for teachers & IT staff. Having to work with people who are lax about basic public health measure can't help either.
LaDonna LOL. . . "Nippy" sounds like a heat wave. We are supposed to hit the higher 30s and low 40s next week. Well, that's if the forecast hasn't changed. Goodness. . . tV reporter just said it feels like -11 with the wind chill, but will be in the 30s.
Cathy What a lovely picture of you and Monouh. Dang... girl!
