Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude. You can also post about anything else you want.

This week I did some walking, some meditation, attended a virtual Weight Watchers' meeting, tracked, weighed and measured, made sure I had the right food in the house, and kept up with my online support groups. I am grateful that my husband and I are still healthy.

Credits: * Journaled and got all blue dots on app. * Exercised six days this week. * Drank five cups water every day. * Joined several virtual meetings. * Read and posted online, posted every day on BBR. * No sugar foods last three weeks except oatmeal packet that comes with sugar. * Ate oatmeal everyday for cholesterol.
Gratitude: * My kids who give me so much help as well as friends and neighbors. * My DD who helps me every week. * My teacher neighbor friend and her little dog delivered chili to my back door, and, dog got one biscuit treat. * Doctor appointment with ENT to get impacted ear wax removed that is making me sick.
