Hello, Connie, congratulations on being this weeks BL! Way to work your week. Mimi, we were tied for so I went to 4 decimals (lol) winner, winner. I haven't been to a meeting since 1/24, I tried to get a spot yesterday in my meeting today but no spots are left. So I'm going to try to do a virtual today sometime. Still cold here but at least the sun is out. Happy Sunday

Kelly, how are you this weekend.

THIS week !. Claudette ... sometimes we need to go up a little just to let our new metabolism adjust. THIS week.... By the end of March I want to be in the 130's so I have some REAL focusing to do and am going to get a head start this week. Putting my pedal to the metal...watch out ! Connie

Good Morning!!
Sorry to be MIA. Took a few days off from being on my home computer. I look at a computer all day for work.
More snow for today. Hope they do not cancel the DH's vaccine appt for this evening.
Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going. Congrats on your weight loss.
Connie: Congrats on on being the BL of the week. I am ok with staying the same. I am below my WW goal and a Lifetimer. I just want to get a little lower on the scale.
Brenda: Congrats on your weight loss. I generally eat my healthy snack veggies with hummus or Laughing cow cheese. Last Tuesday I had my bag of Valentine's goodies from the week before since I had not been in the office since the 10th. Went a little Crazy.
Mimi: Congrats on your weight loss. Hope all is well.
Waving to all. Skinny vibes!!

Scale wars ! Took a couple of days "off" but still watched what I was eating. After a day of walking, great staying on eating program ... the scale JUMPED 1.2 lbs. Hope to be back down before Saturday. It wasn't water or fat because my scale measures those. I think it was the scale as the only thing that changed was Hubby had been on it. Staying positive !

Hi BL,
I am sulking today. We make all these plans in life and along comes the reality. Last week I went to a Wake. Today, I found out that some one at the Wake tested positive, because it was someone from the job. We all got reported to HR so my job quarantined me until March 03. I took the rapid test and I was negative, but my job needs the PCR test. Thank God I took both.. I was really going to work to help a co worker today. I usually go in on Monday and Wednesday. However, I am going to cut that back to Monday's only.
BB tomorrow

Good Morning!!
Stayed OP with eating yesterday. I add 1 mile WATP and 1 mile of moving in place during lunch. Fell short on my steps as had a headache last night after we finally got home from his appointment and grabbing supper. There was some more snow during the day yesterday. Thankfully it was clear by evening when I had to take DH for his shot.
Connie: I am sure that weight will be off by Saturday. I use to be a daily getting on scale. I try not to do that anymore as weight fluctuates so much just in a day.
Nancy; Hope you had a good day at work.
Claudette: Hope the PCR test comes back negative. I'm sure you are upset with the quarantine but it is what keeps everyone safe and slows the spread. According to the CDC if you get a negative test and it was done 5 or more days after the last contact with that positive person and you do not have symptoms you can stop quarantine at day 7. You should continue to monitor for symptoms for the full 14 days. Of course each employer from what I have learned does there own thing including letting their staff work while sick with symptoms of Covid or work while waiting for results. SMH.
Waving to all. Skinny vibes!!

Hello, Kelly, thanks for the explanation on the CDC for covid testing. My coworker had to get tested & is in between the vaccination shots. After work I was lazy, made dinner & relaxed. I'm really looking forward to spring and warmer weather. DH is getting his 1st covid shot today at the football stadium. Happy Tuesday
