This is an accountability thread where ALL plans and everyone is welcome. Just a place to put your numbers out in the universe. I just know I am more likely to stay on track if I have to post my numbers so I thought it may be helpful to someone else out there too. 😉 It's here it's here!!! Welcome to 2021! Goals will be met, challenges will be created, resolutions will be fulfilled. We've got this 🤗 Plan, pretrack, follow plan. Rinse, later, repeat.

2/21 28PP cathygeha, I know you weigh every day but, I'm curious...Do you look at weekly trends for WL like from Sunday to Sunday? My weight fluctuates up and down on the day to day comparisons.

2/21 28PP cathygeha , I know you weigh every day but, I'm curious...Do you look at weekly trends for WL like from Sunday to Sunday? My weight fluctuates up and down on the day to day comparisons. I do...sometimes they surprise me...they DO change but sometimes SLOWLY. I have charts on My Fitness Pal that I can look at but can't figure out how to share them.
On another group I tracked these dates:
January 1 start weight: 176.4 January 8: 178 January 15: 174.6 January 22: 172.2 January 29: 172.8 February 5: 173 February 12: 171.6
This is an excel spreadsheet weight tracker that I filled in0 Saturday 203.4 05/23/20 Saturday 200.6 05/30/20 Saturday 196.8 06/06/20 Saturday 196.4 6/13/2020 196.4 6/20/2020 194.8 06/27/20 Saturday 195.2 7/4/2020 192.6 07/11/20 Saturday 190.6 07/18/20 Saturday 189.6 07/25/20 Saturday 189.2 08/01/20 Saturday 189.4 08/08/20 Saturday 187 08/15/20 Saturday 183.6 08/22/20 Saturday 183.2 08/29/20 Saturday 182.8 9/5/2020 181.2 9/12/2020 183.4 9/19/2020 180.6 9/27/2020 179.4 10/4/2020 179.8 10/11/2020 177.4 10/18/2020 177.4 25-Oct 179 11/1/2020 176.4 11/8/2020 174.8 11/15/2020 177.4 11/22/2020 177.4 11/29/2029 175.2 12/6/2020 174.4 12/13/2020 176 12/20/2020 178.6 12/27/2020 178.8 1/3/2020 174.8 1/10/1010 178.6 1/17/2020 173 1/24/2020 172.2 1/31/2020 172 2/7/2020 171.6 2/14/2020 172.4 2/21/2020 170.4 2/28/2020

cathygeha , that's great! I never thought of excel - it's so easy to see at a glance. You and your sister have made a good team I have NO idea how to set up an excel spreadsheet but did download one at some point in the past and update it periodically. That original one is long gone but have been tracking since May...at least
My sister was down last night as she is not "losing" - so - I reminded her that her goal weight was 150 when she started in March of last year and had she looked to see how long she had maintained that weight or lower...she went to look then sent me an attachment with her weights and she has maintained since September so now SHE feels a LOT better.
It is all in the perspective/visual. Looking at it day by day it can seem like we are treading water or making no progress but taking a step back to see the bigger picture...it can be illuminating and uplifting and give us that little bit of spark/incentive/whatever to stay on track!
So, thank you doordie50, for giving me the chance to see the journey from a new perspective.

Yesterday was within points, still have all the weeklies and am racking up activity points. The scale will move down when it is ready.

2/22:28 PP DebDoesWW, doordie50, I don't know if you have seen this but Lisa Wood did a tutorial on YouTube for people who don't like to see the red where you use more than your dailies. Go into your settings on ITB and there is a place where you can now select manually redeem. It lets you either manually redeem weeklies or activity points. They still come out but you don't see the red line. Evidently some people didn't like seeing the red line. cathygeha I want to tag you also but I don't think on blue you have used weeklies?

Thanks doordie50. I think it also works for your weekly points. It still uses your weeklies but doesn't show up red. I have never had a problem seeing the red line but I guess some people do.
