I have just started back on the program. I have never, to this point, used my weekly points, but REALLY had to last night as went to a seafood buffet. In trying to figure the points I ate I come up with -7 weekly points. How does this work with my other points and the rest of my week? Do I subtract them somewhere? Thanks for you help.

I track with the WW app on my phone. It automatically deducts weekly points and keeps me up to date. Hope this helps.

I found using 7 weeklies at a seafood buffet a win! I usually use my weeklies on the weekend!

If I understand correctly, you used 7 points more than your total allowed weekly points - bringing you in at 7 points in the negative, or in the red, for the week.
The official WW answer would be to just keep to your daily points for the rest of the week and move on - thankfully weekly points reset on the first day of your new week.
The unofficial - and probably not the best - approach is the one that I sometimes used when I was on WW. I would try to stay a little below my daily points each day for the rest of the week to make up the deficit, if it was only 7 points. But sometimes I found I was eating too little the rest of the week trying to do this, so I would take the "just move on" approach.

If Susan is correct and you are *in the hole* I continue on as if that hadn't happened. I get seriously messed up when I try to deprive myself too much and skimping has never worked for me. JMO.

-7 = 1 extra FitPoint a day. Like everyone said, it is just a blip, ignore, get in some extra movement and forget it,
