Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February. Daily Challenges: Mon- 3x30 seconds planks Tues- work those arms Wed- 3x30 seconds crunches Thur- work those arms Fri- self appreciation day Saturday- 3x30 seconds abs -you choose! Sun- work those arms EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

Good morning. Scott and I ate pizza yesterday and 3 ice cream sandwiches each. I weigh 206 this m9oening., I am back to 1240 calories . I will go back on treadmill today or tomorrow.

I am drinking diet root beer off caffeine now. A and W I was drinking too much crystal lite which made me thirster.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Amy, you may not need to change your calories, a night of pizza and ice cream will cause a temporary jump in weight, that I find will usually drop back down on it's own as long as you get back on track. A pedometer sounds like a great idea! I could use one!
Weirdly, I'm happy with my WI even though it's a big jump, I was worried it'd be 200 or more, I've been such on out of control little piggy! So actually a pleasant surprise, especially as I've been avoiding the scale all weekend and finally decided I needed to face the music (it's just feedback right?). Still, I think I got lucky so I'm heading off to the TM! And I'm planning on cooking up some zero point veggie soup, I've gotten slack about my fruits&veggies.
