Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

I have done 40 minutes of walking while reading today...and may do 20 more because I want to find out what is happening in THIS book and have told myself I can only read it in the tub or while walking...so...walking for 20 more minutes sounds like a good idea
BOB: I know that it will be safer in a couple of weeks for you and you wife to be out and about but imagine you will still be wearing masks. I think one of the first things I might like to do is have a meal out. Nothing even fancy...just something I don't prepare for myself! That won't be happening for me for awhile, though, since only those over 85 are being called in so my sister-in-law and brother-in-law are in that category and going tomorrow. My husband who is 82 hopes to be given an appointment soon after that. I will not be in until they call those over 65 so...it could be awhile. Maybe by summer? What do you and your wife look forward to doing?
