It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

60 minutes yesterday 40 minutes so far today
Giselle and Bob - so glad you are both getting the vaccination. I have no idea how it will impact you when you in the future. So far we are still without the opportunity of vaccination so are playing it safe!

We are continuing to play it safe too for the time being. We were extremely fortunate to get the vaccine.
Yesterday was often rather wet and I rode 90' getting very soaked on one of the rides. Walked 35', and 45' yoga. Kinda back to normal.
