π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Saturday January 23 through Monday May 3, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move further into this year. π±π Tracking every BLT on ITB βοΈ π
ππππ Fruit/Veg - 5 servings a day βοΈ πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ 20 minutes walking x 7 days a week to make 140 minutes totalβοΈ 40 minutes of walking so far today - will do 20 more in a few minutes 60 minutes walking yesterday <171.6> Up on the scale...going to track on MFP today, weigh and measure portions and see how it goes.

cathygeha I didnβt do well with the blue plan until I switched to green. I acquired a new appreciation for the blue plan, tweaked my menu and found success. Waves to all πΊ

I tracked on My Fitness Pal and am at 1231 calories
On the blue plan I am at 19/23 daily points used I have accrued 33 activity points I have not used any of the weekly points
Today I tracked on both My Fitness Pal and on I Track Bites using the Sugar Smart zero-ing out foods on the zero-list.
I don't know if it is the Blue Plan that is the problem or if it is something else. I will double track awhile and see what happens. If it is a plateau then will just have to tough it out. I did realize today that being this weight is much better than what I weighed five years ago...the side by side photo is illuminating.

Wow Cathy! Amazing side by side. You look beautiful and so happy. Your weight loss is quite an accomplishment. Other than tracking I'm doing well! Happy for everyone meeting their goals!
