Hey howdy! Time for a new challenge! Okay, for a lot of us the weather is pretty miserable and when you toss in the pandemic, who wants to exercise? BUT it's a short month, just 28 days, so turn those frowns upside down and let's challenge ourselves to exercise everyday for 28 days! You are already fabulous, let's get fit too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs the month of February.

Sun- work those arms
EVERYDAY- walk 1 mile!

GOOD AM. I am so excited without eating yesterday this am I weighed in light shoes and pants and shirt 201.6. I can't go to WW this Saturday like I wanted because it is supposed to snow early Saturday morning. But maybe a week from this Saturday maybe I can lose 1.6mph.my pedometer says each day that I have reached 10,000 steps Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.

My BMI is now 33.5. I have lost 62 pounds. My BMI should be 25. I am 5'5 now.I should at the highest weigh 150. I have to lose 51.6 pounds to get there. I am so happy.

Dang! I posted yesterday or thought I did but I don't see it!
Anywho, Amy, WTG on reaching 10,000 steps 3 days in a row! You rock!
Brenda, wtg on your walks yesterday! Go for two days in a row today!
I was a slug yesterday but today's been a good day in spite or work stress. So far I've walked a mile on the TM, then did a 30 minute step class (You Tube). Still want to walk 1 more mile plus I've done half my weight lifting, need to do the rest. It's burrrrrrrrritos cold today but bright and sunny. What a difference sunshine makes!
