π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: Saturday January 23 through Monday May 3, 2021 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish as we move further into this year. ππππ Fruit/Veg - 5 servings a day βοΈ πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ 20 minutes walking x 7 days a week to make 140 minutes totalβοΈ 40 minutes walking yesterdayminutes of walking so far today - will do 20 more in a few minutes 30 to 40 minutes with long arm pruner working to lop of THICK branches of a rosemary plant <170.8> down a bit from yesterday.
Thank you all for the positive feedback. My guess is that I weigh about 40 pounds less in the recent photo from the one a few years ago. I think it is easy to look at how slowly it is going instead of looking at the overall trend.

Wow - What a difference! Youβre looking great Cathy! Iβm back - last week was rough, to say the least. I live in south Texas and the weather was brutal. I was off line part of the time due to power outages. Eating was what was available which wasnβt always what I would have chosen. A short term goal is to be back within my goal range on what would normally be my official WI on March 6. Itβs doable as long as I stay focused. For yesterday - - Tracking (with a blue dot) for the first time in a couple of weeks.
