Blue Plan March 4:
11/23 dailies 28/28 weeklies remaining No exercise Weight: 171
weight March 5: 168.8
It has taken 4 days to lose the weight from the splurge night...think there is a message in there for me.
I have decided to give the Blue program another month BUT today am also thinking CORE program of long ago and will track what I eat today to see how it goes. I have lost about a pound a week on the BLUE program and though I would like it to be more have realized that by summer I will be down significantly and by October (or before the end of the year) I should be at goal weight again. So...since it is working and is easier than previous weight watchers programs...will give it another month
