Hello Everyone wwlurker - I hope you enjoyed your getaway and I'm sure you'll get right back on track. Hope the week goes well for you sunrose - Hope you were able to get your yardwork done. I have two ornamental grasses that I need to get cut back and hope to do that this week. I have to make myself do it, since I'm not a gardener Hope everyone is doing well on their plans and just in general

Hi everyone! sunrose49, cj59, yardwork is one of those things that I am terrible at keeping up. I typically do a day or two once a year, then completely ignore it the rest of the time. I can't count how many times I've started clearing out my garden bed but not ended up putting anything else in. I am plugging along. I'm a bit more on track than I was, but I'm still not 100%. I find it hard knowing that I'm in the red for the week already, so even if I stick to my DPs, I'll still be over. Kinda makes it feel like there's no point. But I'm trying to challenge that thinking and continue to work on the good habits I've been building. I peeked at the scale yesterday, and some of my gain from last week is gone. I'm hopeful that I'll be back to where I was by WI, but there's a good chance that it's going to take more than one week to erase the gain from 3-4 days of not being on plan and eating more treats than I usually would. I hope you are all doing well.

Hello - Hope you are all doing well wwlurker - I'm glad to hear you are getting back on track, hope you can get to 100% and that your WI this week is O.K. Hopefully you enjoyed your getaway, since I'm sure you needed a break. I'm staying on track pretty well and did some yardwork yesterday, so that was exercise for me. I just need to keep working on adding more exercise each day.

Hi everyone! I've been having a really hard time getting back on track, for lots of reasons. I did my WI a day late (considered not doing it at all and just doing it next week). I did lose a bit. I was over for the week by quite a bit and I wasn't tracking in "real time", so I'm sure I forgot lots of things as well. cj59, sunrose49, hope you are doing well. amyrs, I am so sick of winter. It was freezing on my walk to work from my car today. The time change is kicking my butt this morning. I am really dragging my feet. Hope you all have a great day!

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today and that we all have a good week amyrs - Hope you are able to get your shopping done and don't get too much snow. wwlurker - I hope you can get back on track, it's just so easy to get off and harder to get back on - but I know you can do it Congratulations on the loss! I'm doing pretty well. Last week I had a lot of days that I had the urge to binge, but I did pretty well with only using some weekly points. I'm hoping I don't have any days like that this week. I really like to "eat" my feelings, so it's tough when I don't have that outlet. And all the other things people say to do instead of eat just don't work for me Take care everyone!

Hi everyone! cj59, I eat my feelings as well. Lately, I've just been allowing old habits to creep back in - not eating regularly throughout the day and having treats in the house during the week. I spoke with DH about it and he has agreed that we need to cut back on having treats in the house. Hi to you, too sunrose49! I'm still struggling but today I feel a bit better than I have in the past week or so. I do feel like I'm on the road to getting back on track, so that's something!

Good morning!
I hopped on the scale today and I seem to have lost my "getaway" weight. WI isn't until Saturday, so we'll see. I am still focusing on making sure that I eat throughout the day, and avoiding mindless eating at night.
My scale has a low battery, so I need to replace the battery for the first time I can recall. I've had the same scale for at least 12 years. I'm wondering if replacing the battery is going to make a difference in my weight as reflected on the scale. I don't expect my scale to be completely accurate; I use it to watch trends rather than taking the exact number as an accurate reflection of my weight, but it will still irritate me if I go up a couple of pounds just because I replaced the battery!

Quick hello! Spring cleaning and Rons boss is having a food drive this week, he'll match donations, so I'm clearing the pantry because, apparently, I buy way too much tuna, rotel and green beans, among other things. I had 9 cans of rotel, 17 cans of tuna and ..well, a lot of green beans lol.

Good morning! Hope you are all doing well. I'm staying the course - I'm in the red a little bit for the week, but I'm trying to focus on my habits and let the other stuff take care of itself. I'm feeling a bit better than I was for the first part of the week. I have lots of ups and downs in terms of stress levels and it really impacts my self-care. DotRen, I definitely need to turn my mind to spring cleaning. I barely manage to get the day to day cleaning done, though. Have a great day everyone!

wwlurker, I get kind of manic about it. Once I start, I HAVE to finish or I'll put it off lol. I did clean out the rest of the pantry and I ended up donating 7 Aldi bags worth of canned goods, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc. They all have 1 year or more on them, but since we went back to low-carb, we won't use them so I hope someone can
