I have 52 affirmations and will put one out there every week for us to consider or choose one of your own. I will also include a habit we might want to consider adopting OR we can choose one of our own that we want to work on. Basically this is a spot to talk if anyone wants to or just to see what might be an idea to use during the week. Week 11 of 2021
AFFIRMATION
I’ve conquered my impulsive nature, and choose food with intention and integrity.
HABIT
Make a salad with dinner. You’ll get some nutrients and you’ll be healthier.

My first thought was that I don't have lettuce in the house and the second thought was that salad is not JUST lettuce...need to work on having more salads
I am doing better with the intentional instead of impulsive eating.

For me, intentional eating really comes down to planning and staying well stocked with go-to foods and healthy snacks. It's always when I leave things to chance that I get into trouble with impulse eating.
I could do with more salads too. lol
