Winter is here!! We have 10 days to January,2017. Two weeks is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Amy I was thinking about you and hoping you would find us. I knew you had some of our emails. I didn't have yours (I don't think?) I have to have my pacemaker replaced January 11 so for now I can only walk. No weight exercises. Waving to Debbie and Mo Brenda

Hi all. Finally found a way to post. I bookmarked it on my new apple mac.I started eating healthy today. I am relieved. I am going to use the gym 3 days a week. WATP the other days. treadmill at 2.5 1 mile in 24 minutes. I hope to build up to 48 minutes and 2 miles. Merry Christmas. I am going to Russ's Family Christmas day . In January I have joined a medicaid/medicare hmm that will give me free coupons to attend WW. I can set my goal lower. I will pay 14.95 a month for etools to track. I found an etools voucher to do this. My pass ends January 2nd. Todays challenge is to eat 5 portions of fruits and vegetables. I eat 3 portions of yams and 3 servings of peas.
