Was within points and walked 60 minutes yesterday Am within points today but did not walk today.

I was fussing at myself about the slow weight loss (that some think is not so slow) and looked up weights at the beginning of each month this year:
176.4 January 1 172 February 1 168.8 March 1
And thought...slowpoke...and then thought...
I have lost 10 pounds since January 1st I have lost about 3-4 pounds each month (on average) If I lost 3 pounds a month for the rest of the year I would lose 27 pounds If I lost 4 pounds a month for the rest of the year I would lose 36 pounds by the end of the year
168.4 - 140/145 = 28/22.4
Either weight loss would see me at goal weight before the end of the year.
AND slow is better than not at all
I am also telling myself that slow allows my body to adjust more easily and perhaps there will be less loose skin this way...always looking for the silver lining

Was within points yesterday (had 22/23 eaten) and did not exercise Today have walked 60 minutes and the book I read while walking is good enough I might walk more Scale 168.4 for the fifth day
March 19:
7AP for 60 minutes walking 28/28 weeklies remaining 20/23 dailies used...could have more but may not BLUE on WW tracking on ITB Sugar Smart and x-ing out points for foods on the BLUE zero-point list.

up two pounds (170.4) Not sure if it was the broth or just the normal up before a down. I was within points. I did double check on MFP and as it is set at 1290 calories was over that BUT with the addition of the exercise calories burned was 40 under for that target SO...
perseverance and positive thinking as I eat on plan today.
