Hey, all! I used WW very successfully in the 2000s, with a bit of a tweak based on the Wendy Plan or the Wendie Plan. Back then IIRC my daily was 18-23 points and my normal week alternated about like this:
Su 18 M 23 T 18 W 18 Th 23 (Weigh-in day) F 18 Sa (high day, can't remember how many points I could go to, usually allowed myself most of what I'd saved but didn't usually eat my activity points, I think?)
Over COVID I've basically been in jammies and I've gained a shocking amount, so I'm weighing, measuring, tracking religiously again. Under the current (green) plan I see that I have 30 daily and 21 weekly points, and I'm trying to tweak it to something similar to the hi/low days, as that did work really well for me as far as preventing plateaus. The Wendie calculator says my low days should be 30-31. Isn't that too high for my low days?
You're not alone trying to rein in the Covid swell. lol I'm not well versed on the Wendy plan but, there are others here that are and will no doubt see your thread and have some good feedback. Good luck!

Also I'm not actually a guest. I've had an account for over a decade, I think, just haven't been in for a while. I just keep getting taken around in circles when I try to log in. I can log in, it drops me onto a dashboard, I navigate here, and I'm no longer logged in and get an error message when I try. Support files are confusing, so I think I'll just stay with 'guest' for now.
itsrad, thanks! Yes, I'm sure I was on some other proboards messageboard. When I click register, it takes me to a proboards login/registration page, and when I try to create an account, it tells me there's already an account with that email. I'm just going round and round in circles.
If the login attempt fails and you get an error message, it's possible the username/password you provided does not match our records. If you forgot your username or password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link found in the password box of the sign in page. On the "Recover Password" screen, type in either the username of your forum account, or your email address in the box provided. Once you click the "Recover" button, an email will be sent to your email account with further instructions on how to reset your account password.
"If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"
Itsrad, yep, I've done that four or five times, thinking I must be doing something wrong. It gives me a link, I go change the password, it logs me into a dashboard showing another proboards message board, I try to navigate to this one, and doing so logs me out. I click on login here, it takes me back to that same 'forgot password' screen.
