This morning I have reset the tracker to Conquer Cravings. March 4 I weighed 173.8 and this morning I weighed 169.6 BUT I want to see if CC will get the scale moving faster. If not, the extra zero points foods I don't count on Blue might make it worth returning to? Will see how today (and the week?)
WI day Friday 3/26 - 2.7 I am doing the italian (european) version of propoints... just a tad different from PP. This is my 4th week of maintenance. In the FB group that I am in, they are real sticklers on balance between carbs, protein and fat. It has been VERY liberating.
My pp are this week are 34. We must use at least half of our AP's.
