reneinitaly !!!! The numbers are the date and whatever plan you are doing. So like on mine I am doing the old POINTS program aka conquer cravings on iTB so today I posted 3/23 (yesterday's date) 23P (I used 23 POINTS)/ 29W (I have 29 Weeklies left) So...3/23 23P/29W that is just what I have been doing. For people on the PointsPlus version it is PP It really is up to you how you want to write it up, there are no rules, I just wanted to make a random accountability thread to keep track of my numbers. 😉 *I just want to add, everyone is welcome, this thread can be whatever you want it to be, it is for ANY program/plan you are doing.

March 24: last day of 7 days on WW Blue plan using ITB's Sugar Smart program with manually adjusted parameters
25/23 dailies eaten
had accrued 20 activity points and used one for the two additional points eaten still had 28/28 weeklies available
This morning I have reset the tracker to Conquer Cravings. March 4 I weighed 173.8 and this morning I weighed 169.6 BUT I want to see if CC will get the scale moving faster. If not, the extra zero points foods I don't count on Blue might make it worth returning to? Will see how today (and the week?)

WI day Friday 3/26 - 2.7 I am doing the italian (european) version of propoints... just a tad different from PP. This is my 4th week of maintenance. In the FB group that I am in, they are real sticklers on balance between carbs, protein and fat. It has been VERY liberating.
My pp are this week are 34. We must use at least half of our AP's.
