wwlurker - Good luck with your weigh-in this week I've had a few "bad" days this week, but getting back on track now. Guess that's going to happen sometimes and I just have to put it behind me and move on. Hope everyone else is doing well and that you all have a good weekend!

Hello! I was up a bit this week. I know that I said that I wouldn't be too upset about that, but I was. It's so frustrating that I can tell that I've been doing well and that I'm down a bit, but it doesn't show on the scale. I've lowered my DPs by one. This is to account for the fact that I'm burning less calories now. cj59 - I have a few bad days every week. My WI day is always very high point. I don't usually track until after the fact, then I am upset and disappointed that most of my WPs are gone. Then, the day before WI is usually a very high point day as well. I can so clearly see my patterns but I can't seem to break them. Overall, I'm feeling tired of it all. It seems like I work so hard to do the things that I know I should and I still struggle so much. I try end up thinking that there's no point, even though I know that if I didn't do all of the things I do, I would be worse. I know it's not helpful thinking, but sometimes it's hard not to get frustrated and bitter. I'm having one of those days. I hope you're all doing well.

Hello Everyone wwlurker - I'm sorry to hear you are getting tired, I know how that feels. I hope you can get past those feelings and get back on track - good luck It really is so much work to do this and it takes a lot of mental and physical energy. I've always found it ironic that when I'm trying to lose weight I have to think about and plan food all day, so I just end up being more focused on food than when I'm not trying to lose weight I did really well since I started in January, but the last few weeks I've just been off track a lot of days. I know a lot of it is stress, so I hope I can get a hold on it. I'm still tracking and fortunately there isn't much food in the house I can binge on unless it's fruit, vegetable or protein and I rarely binge on those I'm staying out of the grocery store for another week or so and that should help too. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans and that we all have a great week!

Good morning. I've been feeling a bit discouraged and down regarding my lack of progress. Yesterday was a very hungry day and I ended up having more treats than I should have. I also feel like I've been focusing too much on it, which isn't helping in light of the lack of progress. I'm thinking I need to take a step back for a bit to re-center myself. I haven't really come up with a plan yet so I'm not sure what that will look like. I only know that thoughts of weight loss have slowly creeped into more and more space in my life, and I don't think it's healthy. I'm losing sight of why I started this, which was to make sure that I was eating in a way that supported my overall health. I need to focus more on that and let the scale do what it will. cj59 - I'm very sensitive to stress; I hope you are able to work through it. amyrs - I hope you are able to get back on track. sunrose49 - waving to you! Have a great day everyone! The sun is shining here and I'm hoping to go for a walk at lunch to clear my head. I find that so helpful!

Hello Everyone amyrs - Good luck with starting over. sunrose - Hope you are doing well. wwlurker - I completely understand how you are feeling and thinking. I hope you can get a handle on it and refocus in the best way for you. Please let us know how you are doing. I had a pretty good day on Monday, just a bit of overeating and yesterday I was able to stay on track. I'm hoping to continue that all this week so I can weigh-in this weekend. Even though I'm still dealing with a lot of stressful issues, I realized that I don't want to mess up the progress I've made since January. Besides just losing weight, I've been focusing on healthy eating again and that's good for me. And tracking my food is a good thing for me since I always misjudge the amount of food I eat. I have been walking a bit this week too and want to continue doing that since I know it will help with a lot of things. Hope you are all doing well on your plans and just in your life

I start tomorrow I bought good food with russ when he took me shopping. whole wheat rotini and marinara sauce with no fat broccoli 16 ounces bag. and high fiber I bought 6 24 packs of water for 12 dollars. I bought everyone for 8 dayy except the water. I will have 2 packet of oatmeal for breakfast 10 points but everyone else is 0 in purple.

I’ve kind of been maintaining which isn’t such a good thing because I’m so over weight. Today’s my son’s birthday he is 42. Hard to believe.
I will get out for a walk later.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well amyrs - Hope you had a good day today with your planned food sunrose - I think maintaining is a good thing, at east you know the amount you are eating keeps you at this weight. Hopefully that makes it easier to see what you'd have to do to lose weight. Happy Birthday to your DS, he's fortunate to have you in his life I've managed to stay on track this week, just a bit off track on Monday. I'm hoping to weigh-in this weekend and hopefully I won't see a gain from that overeating last weekend and a bit the week before. I just hope I can keep losing 5 pounds a month for the rest of this year. I know that tracking and meal planning helps and I need to increase my exercise too. I mostly worry about going grocery shopping next week. I'm not feeling very able to resist buying junk when I've gone the last few times. I hope I can do better this next time. This month sure went quickly. Hope everyone enjoys the weekend
