WEDNESDAY!
Sounds like everyone is doing well on the home stretch! GFEveryone with walks and OP!
I went to water aerobics this morning. I like this instructor, but today seemed mostly toning instead of cardio, so I'm only counting 1 mile.

Ive gained a lot. But I went shopping with a mission today at the grocery. I will eat broccoli whole wheat rotini non fat marinara sauce. @ packets of oatmeal in more Ning. too.

Well we did it again last day of our Challenge.
I had a good week. I added 2 miles of stepping place while listening to some podcasts. Rain stopped me from walking outside. Excited for losing more weight.
Amy: Sorry you gained weight. You have lost before just keep working on a meal plan that helps you be successful.
Cait: Looks like you have been doing well. Are you all settled into your new Home?

Good Morning Challengers!

Yesterday we walked 2 mi. This am my end of month weight was 145.3, up .7 lbs from end of March, still in a healthy range, and I’m grateful.
Sis is coming back from our Bro and SIL’s for one night, and we’re planning to go to lunch.
I totally forgot it was the end of the challenge! We just got back from our 2 mi walk. If I don’t get any more miles today, and my numbers are correct, I’ll finish with 321.2 mi.
Last night we sat out on our deck for dinner 😍 I brought in Thai takeout.
AMY - sorry about regaining weight but I know very well how that is. I try to thjnk of it as lessons I still needed to learn. And we are all learning more about how our minds and bodies deal with food and eating. I’m a compulsive eater, so I need more help than just WW and willpower. It has taken me over 18 yrs in WW and over 13 yrs in OA but I have improved so much. I still have issues and episodes of compulsive eating, bingeing, but they are less in Frequency, Intensity, and Time/duration than they used to be. I get back on track more quickly. Just persevering and being willing to change makes all the difference.
KELLY - Thanks for the reminder about the end of the challenge! GFY with the OP, walking, weight loss and 2 mi stepping in place. Well sort of yes and no about settling in to the new place. We are getting used to the house and its features but there’s still so much to do. Yesterday was crazy. Installers were here all afternoon putting in window blinds. We had paper covering the windows until now. My new desk was delivered and DH will need to put it together. We’ve been getting furniture and other things almost every day and DH has been busy assembling things and prepping for the window blinds, and cutting up cardboard boxes. Also the yard is much bigger and the lawn seems to need mowing twice a week, and there’s still so much to be done in the yard.
CAROL - it’s nice you found a new water aerobics class you like. GFY with the variety of exercise!

I walked 2 miles yesterday, which was a mistake😟. My back was feeling better after a no-walk wee, so I thought I could chance it. Nope! 2 miles. Today I went to water aerobics, 2 miles. Welcome, May!

Well although I did NOT meet the goal, I DID walk more than I would have without you ladies. Thank you for that. Looking for the next challenge with confidence I can complete it. You ladies are SO consistent ! I will be restarting the Virtual John Muir Trail.
