π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. I got on the scale, saw the 8 at the end and was not happy. Got on and off and then picked up weights and it was still up so dropped the weights and...saw what was really there. Even had glasses on so who knows what tricks the brain plays! Hoping this is the plateau broken and the losses will be more regular for awhile!
ladyloser68, Hooray for being fully vaccinated and meeting your tracking goals yesterday. I am glad your son has had his first vaccination! Great to know the culprit was Thai food/sodium for the up on the scale weigh-in.
klf722, My guess is that when you stop working you will create a new routine and that routine will include getting the steps/exercise in. It will perhaps be even more fun getting the steps in then YEAH for the scale being down!

Nice new number Cathy! I had a nice lunch date with my sister yesterday. My groceries were delivered and I cooked one meal. I have a lunch date with a friend today and I will cook another meal. Scale is ok, meditated, did ok with hydration but missed my step goal. The sun is shining brightly!

Tracked again yesterday and it paid off - Iβm under the 150# threshold. Itβs so good to see a 4 as the middle number.
Congrats to you Cathy for breaking that plateau. I hope the numbers keep going that way for you.
It sounds like everyone else had a good day - thatβs great news!
