π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! ππππ Fruit/Veg - 5 servings a day βοΈ πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ 20 minutes walking x 7 days a week to make 140 minutes total βοΈ 166.8 same as yesterday

Good day - tracked, only used 1 weekly.
Weight down .2# which is OK. I have until June 1 (last date WW gave LT members to officially WI - unless they extend it again) to get to a max of 148. Iβd like to make that before May 1. Thatβs less then 2# to lose between now and then.

That's a good and doable plan for May 1st. I think will set a mini-goal for myself in that time frame too.

Busy day yesterday and it was a good one. Crushed my steps and spent time with a dear friend. Meditated and hydrated pretty well too!
