How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Bob: some days I am rather slothful...not sure what happened to the me that was exercising every day. I do at least 20 flights of stairs daily but it is the "norm". Computer is in the basement and bedroom on the second floor so...some exercise just not much...not as much as when I was weight training and/or walking miles...

Started walking for rehab and do it. walk 60' bike 40' and 60' yoga . busy yesterday.
