π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. The scale is up but I was OP and there is no reason that I can see. The nice thing is that I know the pattern is to see a low, maintain it a few days, see the scale go up for no reason, see it slowly descend and then see a new low...so...KOKO and no fretting as I persevere. I am in this for the long game and not for quick fixes

Yesterday was a good day for tracking and keeping within points, including a couple of weeklies. Like you Cathy, the scale was up but I know itβs a blip in the grand scheme of things.
I had a rough time late yesterday afternoon - really wanted to go to the store for things that were definitely not planned and counterproductive. Sometimes I think we live too close to the grocery store - itβs less than a mile away. But I didnβt - I kept thinking that I had 5 good days in a row and didnβt want to break the chain. Plus today weβre celebrating my sonβs birthday so the menu is up to him - pizza plus cake and ice cream. I have a plan worked out where Iβll still get a blue dot while using a bunch of weeklies.

Decent day. Didn't get my steps but I meditated, hydrated and I tracked! I also cooked 2 meals. All in the freezer after we ate our dinner. I go back to work tomorrow but I'm still closer to retiring each passing day!
