YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. Still wet, cool and cloudy. The sun has come out a time or two to tease us. No exercise yesterday and not sure about today.

Ya might do walk and read indoors??
Yesterday I rode 90', did 45' yoga, and walked 30'.
