cathygeha correct, those are the lowest numbers, they aren't going to drop any lower. You have done purple/core before so you know it is just adding in some zero point foods to make up for the drop in points, it all balances out in the end. Main thing is no matter what plan you choose to just keep going because you know they all work for you and you also know the closer to goal you get the slower it goes. 😉
