limefan it may be that they have "paused" them for the time being (or discontinued them entirely) since no one has confirmed they are still getting WW DAILY since the beginning of the month.

I got in touch via Chat as well. First rep tries a few things First rep escalated me to a second rep. Rep says there have been receiving intermittent reports of this and she has a way to assist. They sent an e-mail, rep explained to "click the link". The e-mail did not have an obvious "restart my e-mails" link. Which I explained. Second rep reached out to someone else (and we had a nice chat about WW while waiting - honestly!) Rep told me to click on the one link in the e-mail, which was a link to the "most popular recipes" page. It may take up to 2 weeks for e-mails to resume. Total chat time: 30 minutes

30 minutes to fix emails? Times that by a million+ members that are not getting them? Maybe they can hire back all of those Leaders to field "where are my emails" calls. 🙄 Here's an idea, since they have been getting reports of the issue how about they check into it and fix the dang problem since this has been going on for weeks now.🤦🏼♀️ Thanks for letting us know jasimons. This is what happens when we don't send brownies to the kids in the bunker. I take that back, it looks like santex is sending the kids in the bunker bribes!! Thanks for verifying they are still sending them. 😉

DebDoesWW , It was fun to do "research" to see what the answer would be. Just curious, I guess. I'm sure the same info in the e-mails is on the website and/or app, but...once I started thinking about it and read here there were others who had been dropped and others who are getting them...just couldn't help trying to figure it out. What still seems odd is that the e-mail they sent (which is supposed to re-start the e-mails) didn't have a clear, specific link to click for that purpose. Not sure how clicking on the link for "most popular recipes" is going to fix the e-mail. The subject was "We've missed you". which sounds like something they'd send to someone who had unsubscribed. limefan , does that sound like the same process tech support gave you...if you don't mind my asking. Anyway, I'll try to stop over-thinking and wait the 2 weeks and see what happens. I have a case code if it doesn't work and need to contact again. Any idea of the address I should send the brownies to before then?

jasimons,Thanks for doing the research. I was only on chat for about 10 minutes. The rep just said she re-engaged my email. I am not quite sure what that meant. But I figured she knew what she was doing??? I did not receive any email from WW after the chat like you did. Maybe it will take two weeks to get it fixed. I did place an order after the chat and received the confirmation email/order shipped email, so they have my email address. santex, Good to know they are still sending the Daily emails. I did not get a case number, but then my Chat did not go further than the rep I was originally chatting with. My next step will be contacting WW via Facebook message. Sometimes I have better luck through there than the chat, though the last time I had email issues they told me that it was Comcast blocking my emails. Eventually, I started receiving them again at least until April 2.

limefan, Thanks for the info about your experience. I hadn't thought about the possibility it could be blocked by my e-mail provider. Another option to check into later. I know it's been said before (so many times) - WW tech support always seems to such a weak point for the company.

I just saw this post on the FB page for WW Life timers. I guess this answers the question about where the emails have gone for Life timers. As the poster said I'm not that interested to go through the trouble to get them started again.
"For those who stopped receiving the WW Daily Newsletter this month, apparently this is a known Tech issue affecting Lifetime members. Word on the street is you’ll need to contact WW and have your issue elevated a few times to get the emails restarted. I’m not sure I really want/need daily WW emails at this point 😆, but an FYI for anyone who does."

I noticed today when putting my foods in the tracker they have a new menu in the upper left corner on the main page that must have just been put on there, looks like they are making upgrades to the app. Wish they would fix the live transcripts on workshop meetings, really annoying with all the dialog going across the screen, no place to turn it off on android.

mac, I don't see any difference on my android app. What is the purpose of the menu? Is it a list of things in the app or an actual place to put recipes? I'll have to wait for the android to update.

linda72On the main page of your app where you enter food, etc. in the upper left hand corner are three lines, when I click on it the following comes up: * Notification * Profile * WW Shop * Weekly plan * Saved * My food * My color plan * Zero point foods * Recipes * Restaurants * Sleep * Fit on * Adaptive * Audio coaching * Find a studio * 24/7 chat * Faqs * Settings * Feed back This menu must have been put on here this past weekend as it wasn't there last week. It's a nice edition to the app to have everything in one place. Yes, you may have to update your app, let me know if you get it.🤗

mac , on my android app I do not have the 3 lines you referenced. In the upper left corner of my app, there is a bell; clicking on that is for notifications. I will probably get that update later; my app was last updated April 16. Android phones often get updates later than Iphones. Sounds like a nice feature; I'll watch for it. Thanks.

mac, linda72, I deleted and reinstalled the app on my Android phone and I still don't have the three lines on the left. Guess I'll wait until they update me.
