It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

60 minutes yesterday Today will happen as soon as I finish this...will be at least 30 minutes but could be more!

On Wed rode 90' and did 35' yoga. Thursday rode 140' incl climb to the skyline and walk 30'
