It is warm today 30C/86F and a big change from the past few days. I made some wheat berries this morning and may have them or bulgur with beans for lunch with maybe stir fry or??? I did enjoy the oats for breakfast...on Blue they would be 4 points but on Purple zero. I keep wondering how it all shuffles out at the end of the day...guess I will find out by double tracking!
I was down 0.8 this morning and 0.2 lower than the previous lowest weight so that is good...hoping this could be the beginning of a new downward trend...time will tell!
BEVERLY: I think you will figure out the system. I think regular nonfat yogurt, not just Greek, is zero points but probably should double check? I was hoping polenta and cream of wheat were zero but they are not. There are definitely differences between purple and SF/Core! I am going with 16 points for dailies on Purple and 23 on Blue...not sure that is what WW would give me but figure it is the lowest and perhaps okay for me. I think I would send the visiting pastor the same food you are eating!
LYNN: I thought the lowest number on the Green plan was 30? Wonder why you get 27 dailies instead? I hope you get most of the groceries you ordered!
CHERRY: There were things I like better about Core and about SF. I liked the avocado and olives being free on Core and as you said...the bread and not limiting the grain/bread/pasta on SF. I sometimes wonder how they come up with the rules!

Good morning. I walked my mile yesterday and it was a beautiful day for a walk. There was very little wind, it was sunny, and about 54 degrees. When I was walking up the road, the wind was from the southwest and at my back. By the time I turned around and started back, it had switched to the northwest and was at my back coming home. That doesn't happen very often. Today it is much more windy, cloudy, and may rain and snow a bit.
I don't have anything planned for today, although I may finish up planting my veggie seeds. I still have a few flower seeds to plant too, marigolds, zinnias, and some coleus. They may or may not get done today.
Have a nice day, ladies.

Happy Sunday friends,
Shaping up like a really nice day here. I don't have a lot planned, just the usual straightening up & am going to take advantage of the nice weather and get a few things done outside.
DH wants to run to the garden center later & pick up a couple of more bags of potting soil. We might even drop by on BIL & SIL & visit for a few minutes.
DD brought us 2 cartons of strawberries yesterday, from the Amish farms. They are delicious! I had a bowl after dinner last night, for desert & had them again this morning as a topping for my pancakes. The first locally grown strawberries of the season! wonderful!
I think the purple plan will be the only one fro me, as I hate to weigh & measure my food. At least most grains & beans are free on the plan. I also love potatoes & sweet potatoes. Great, too, that the brown rice & wheat pastas are free. I agree that we all need some fats in our diets. Seems like WW has just abandoned GHG all together.
Have a great day everyone, doing something that you enjoy.

Cathy, I looked at my tracker and it does say 30. I thought it was 27, but I guess not. 27 was the last program before they made the changes...There are so many aspects of the program, it can make you crazy.
We just got back from having breakfast out and a stop at the drug store and the fruit store on the way back. DH left to get things at the office ready for the week. He finds that if he preps for a few hours before the week starts, all runs more smoothly.
I just have to do maybe one load of laundry today and I will be done.
Have a great day, my friends! Enjoy what you do!
