I finally decided to buy an air fryer but the recipe book that came with it has very limited recipes.
Any suggestions for a good Weight Watcher friendly air fryer cookbook?
Does anyone have any good recipes to share?

I don't really use the AirFryer to cook things. I mostly use it to reheat/refresh things. It does such a great job with things like blueberry muffins (healthy, of course), taking them from frozen to "just like fresh out of the oven" in 2 to 3 minutes after the pre-heat (the muffins go into the oven at the start of pre-heat).
It does frozen french fries well, of course, and frozen Turkey hot dog on a stick.

Thanks Mike!
I'm fixing pork chops in mine tonight and I've already tried the AF out on frozen French fries as well as frozen fish fillets. Yum
Good idea about the frozen blueberry muffins! Now I just need to make up a healthy batch and stick them in the freezer.

Hi ladies, I am new here, but this thread caught my eye because I absolutely LOVE my air fryer. I use it several times a week. Any roasted veggies....air fryer. I have one with the rotating her arm so it evenly distributes. My absolute favourite is, bear with me...put less than a tbsp of DUCK FAT in for a minute till it becomes liquid. Beats that are cut into chunks for about 30 minutes or so. Open and drizzle 1 tbsp of maple syrup in, and roast another 10 minutes.....perfection! It's like candy, and doesn't add up to a hill of beans in SP or calories. You can do the same with carrots or brussels sprouts or anything. I also use it the won ton potato recipe on WW app, and a kazillion other things. LOVE my air fryer!
I do have a nice zoodle maker to give away though lol

I bought one back in October and I just can't get used to it. I know the hungry girl site has some good recipes, and I've made the eggrolls in my convection toaster oven and they're really good She has adapted a lot of her oven recipes to air fryer, so that might be a good site to check out
