It’s April the month of asparagus and strawberries, let's challenge ourselves to eat more vegetables and fruit. A great place to start -at least 5 fruits&veggies everyday! And don't forget at least 30 minutes of exercise too!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Good morning! It's Friday and today's daily challenge is to have self=appreciation!
something I dont feel much tonight when I finally weighed about.
Daily Challenge:
Mon- journal it!
Tues- no sweets or alcohol
Wed- at least 6 servings water
Thur- two servings healthy oil
Fri- self appreciation day Sat- at least a serving of whole grains
Sun- at least two servings lean protein
