Sunday, April 25: 120.6 - down 1 lb. Guess this is where my bod wants to be at this moment in time. Never settled at this weight before.
If we are comparing Sundays, I am down 1 lb. from last Sunday.

cathygeha, maybe you should start looking a half-decades now, since you've lost so much already. Monday, April 26: 121.2 - up 0.6 lb. I'll take it.

cathygeha , maybe you should start looking a half-decades now, since you've lost so much already. 165 is near...that is the next milestone but getting into the 150's will be a big thing. I weighed 160 for several years before heading up on the scale again. I seem to have setpoints of 140, 160(ish), 180, 200 and then sometimes higher but not consistently higher...just over 200. SO...if I can break through to the 50's that will be nice...kind of wonder if this float thing in the last few months has to do with the 160's setpoint and once I break through things will pick up again (maybe?)
I will take it one pound or five or ten...however it happens. I still feel so much better now that I won't give up and I won't give in and gain! That's the plan, anyway!
