This week I give myself credit for tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right foods in the house, meditating, and keeping up with my online support groups.. I am grateful that my husband and myself are still healthy.

I eat even though I'm not that hungry and I probably could make it to meal/snack time. I eat if something has triggered me and I feel I'll be happy if I eat it. I eat if I'm achy and/or tired because I think it will make me feel better. I eat because I don't want the food to go to waste. I eat just because I want to eat more at the time.

The usual ones for me: go to a Weight Watchers virtual meeting, weigh in at home and record it in the WW app, track, weigh and measure, keep the right food in the house, keep up with my online support groups, and meditate. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, reading, and meditation time.

I've been doing meditation. I find that it helps my sleep and anxiety.

I don't buy organic food. For whatever reason I never bought into the need to eat organic. I use to buy an organic yogurt because I thought it tasted better than the others, but I've since moved onto Greek yogurt.

Reasons for eating other than hunger - stress, fatigue, habit (usually something to do mindlessly while on computer in kitchen after dinner), craving or desire.
Stress relief - mindlessly spending time on internet though in the long run I think that increases my stress, exercise, reading, not sure what else as I'm still trying to figure this out.
Organic food - sometimes I buy it, sometimes I don't, though I do think it's probably the healthier alternative.

I live in SW Connecticut and I like it here. I enjoy the four seasons, winter not so much. I like being close to New York City. I've been here over 40 years so it is what I know now.
