Double tracking today. I reset ITB to Conquer Cravings and am using it to track points/bites for non-Core foods. Will see how the day goes. I find doing the "math" for points easier on the old original points program and liked Core. Having only five points per day or 35 for the week also limits non-Core foods
Today is a new day. I ended over points by six last week BUT there were many days that I did not use all points for the day on Purple.
