It’s April the month of asparagus and strawberries, let's challenge ourselves to eat more vegetables and fruit. A great place to start -at least 5 fruits&veggies everyday! And don't forget at least 30 minutes of exercise too
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs the month of April.

Today is Monday and our challenge is Tracking our food intake! Mon- journal it!
Tues- no sweets or alcohol
Wed- at least 6 servings wate
Thur- two servings healthy oil
Fri- self appreciation day
Sat- at least a serving of whole grains
Sun- at least two servings lean protein

Good Morning!
This past weekend was the first time in a long time that I have not had any adult beverages!
I weakened a few times but managed to stay away from them. I cannot have them at home for sure!

Thanks for starting us Mo. I am going shopping soon. I will buy pasta and Hunts pasta sauce without added sugar. And more grapes. I am eating pasta and sauce I got yesterday from Whole Foods.

Tomorrow I will eat 2 quarts of strawberry light n fit and apples. that's 1800 mg of calcium.
