Good Morning!!
Good day yesterday. Added 3 miles. It was a beautiful day to get outside. I walked at lunch and last night.
Nancy: Good job on a good day. Hope you were able to get some water and exercise into your Tuesday.
Connie: When I am hungry I eat a piece of fruit with light cheese stick or laughing cow cheese or veggies with reduced fat cream cheese. Sometimes I'll grab a Premier or Ensure Max Protein shake.
Brenda: Sounds like a productive week for you. I get in the habit of filling reusable bottles or cups with water. Keep it with me so I will drink it.
Waving to all. Skinny vibes to all!!

Good morning. I figured out my .25 lbs per day is equal to a stick of butter and I'm thinking, if I can lose a stick of butter a day, that's pretty darn good. Dropped a bit this morning. Hoping I can keep it going. Back at the rental again today with plumbing issues.
Brenda, Thanks for the apple idea. I have a list of "goto's", I'll add it.
Kelly, thanks for those ideas. When I get a slow burn going everything will start heading in the right direction.
Have a great day !

WW meeting this AM. I was down for the week and the same as the last time I went to studio. I go about once a month. The leader was pretty good. Talked about setting small mini goals and then add the next step to them. I will try it. I have an apple or popcorn when hungry. I also have homemade applesauce with truvia. zero points. If you need protein add some PB2 to the apple. I got my hair cut then a pedi after WW. I went to a diner in between and had the best omelet I have ever had. It was so fluffy. They put it in the milk shake blender. (My splurge) I also had grits and rye toast. Came home and sewed a doll dress and made chocolate chip cookies. I make them small and put them in the freezer. I had 1 only. Connie, 1/4 lb a day would be wonderful. That would be 1 3/4 per week. A nice loss. unfortunately it does not work that way. Some days we lose and some days we retain. Kelly I am happy you are having nice weather. Brenda, I hope the dr appt went well. I made appointments for the next 3 months with hairdresser this morning. Came home and told my hubby. He asked when I made them. I told him on my birthday June 3 for the first one and the rest 4 weeks apart. I will be 75. He got a goofy look on his face. I asked him if I would be home for my June appt. He said probably not. My daughter is planning an excursion for us. Well I guess I have a lot of appointments to change. For my 65th we went to Key Largo. I wonder what she has planned this time?? Guess I better get busy and lose weight so I can wear my pretty shorts outfits.

Hi BL, Mimi Congratulations on being BL, you are doing great. I think going back into the studio adds a little zip to the program. You had a wonderful day. An excursion sounds so exciting.
Nancy, thanks for always doing the stats. I am for one is thankful for the extra week. Glad you are enjoying your days. The simple things in life are the best. Picnics, walks, sunshine, etc. Nancy hang in there is almost May, this weather have no way else to go but to get better.
Brenda how are you good to see you. I love your snack ideas. I love cheese with anything.
Kelly love the quote. I just took a wellness Wednesday. It was too nice to work and I have a lot of vacation time. Plus that job is getting on my nerves.
Connie, maybe you need to eat bigger meals that will keep you fuller longer and then you will probably not need the snacks.
Waves to everyone. I am up way past my bed time.

Good morning. My scale can toggle either way in one day. It's ridiculous.
Mimi: WOW ! Are you at your goal weight now? Thank you for the food suggestions. Your food is SO different than mine, and looks SO delicious. Good for you with the mini cookies. My mom used to make a weight watchers recipe, chocolate chip cookies every year for Christmas. An excursion sounds DELIGHTFUL ! Guess you'll need to make that hair appointment a bit sooner.
Claudette: Could be the bigger meals would prevent more snacks. Hope you're doing well with our loss this week.
Kelly: Oh my goodness ! 2.2 lbs again ?!? How EVER do you keep from being hungry?
Nancy: Good for you on the loss. One of the things you will find in retirement is that you won't believe that you don't have all of the time you thought you would.
Brenda: Thanks for the food suggestion also. Hope you're doing well with your loss.
Until tomorrow...

Hi BL,
I am really wishing for a cookie. Nevertheless. I got my shot today, I think I over walked, my allergies are very bad tonight.
Nancy, nice WI and finally getting to retire completely. Awesome.
Kelly, setting the bar so High again.
Brenda, I love walking. I am too lazy to do anything else.
Connie how are you doing out there. Sometimes the scale is not our friend.
